Caroline,  Just got my Auto-owners renewal for review. To my amazement it went down, slightly but it went down! When i was with Allstate 20+yrs this would never happen! Increases was their norm. :-( Thank you for providing the service your company does! That is why when my dads car insurance (GEICO 42yrs) came up for renewal I suggested he call your company! He is so thankful that he did! Thanks for your help.   The level of service I am getting from JP Perry is much higher than I am getting from others, as illustrated by your email.  That is why I am looking to leave my existing home insurance provider.
